Sin forgiven

"The Price of Sacrifice" is an oil painting in impasto on an 8x10 inch panel depicting a visceral close-up of Jesus' hand on the cross. The dramatic highlight of the painting is the three-dimensional embossed blood that flows from the arm and hand, lending a tactile texture and strong emotional charge to the scene. The compact format of the work intensifies the focus on the suffering and the reality of Jesus's sacrifice for the Humanity.
